Wrong Divide On Immigration

I personally think to draw the line between the Ashkenazi and Sephardim on this issue is wrong (“Why Sephardim And Ashkenazim Clash Over Trump,” March 3).

The real divide is between the more “progressive/liberal” sector of the community, who “wish” the world was the way they look at it, and the ones who have a sense of history and what is happening on the ground. Of course, those of us who have firsthand experience from Islamic countries bring our unique experience to the table, which we must share. We can be the real bridge of understanding.
