As an industrialist in Israel, my wife Orna and I employ over 100 employees in a jewelry factory located on the outskirts of Jerusalem. Most of the company’s products are marketed and sold around the world in general, and in the US in particular.
Over the years we have established a jewelry brand, known world-wide, that has won international design awards and is welcome in prestigious art shows around the world.
For 35 years of making fine jewelry designed from nature’s unique resources, we have always welcome hiring opportunities of Olim. We are proud to say that over %90 of our employees are immigrants hailing from 23 countries!
When COVID19 broke out, we were forced to release most of the company’s employees to their homes because of the simple fact that the world closed its doors before us.
Our immediate commitment to company employees in Israel and the US was that we would make every effort to bring them back to their jobs as soon as possible.
In these challenging times, we use our creativity, resourcefulness and our good spirits to come up with solutions to endure this crisis.
Indeed, after much effort, soon after the Israeli Independence Day celebrations, we able to bring back most of the company’s employees to the factory.
We are often told that Yvel is a lifetime achievement, but this place is not only OUR achievement. It is the lifetime achievement of each and every person working here, who made it to Israel.
Yvel is proud to be a part of the prosperous Israeli industry, and as far as it is up to us, we will continue to design and offer unique hi-end jewelry.
