Yom HaShoah Memorial Lecture

The Center for Jewish Studies at Queens College presents the annual Yom HaShoah (Holocaust) Memorial Lecture, “A Child’s Memories of Auschwitz,” to be delivered by survivor Tova Friedman. Friedman, who miraculously survived Auschwitz as a five-year-old child, is the director of Jewish family services in Highland Park, N.J., and her experiences were published in “Kinderlager: An Oral History of Young Holocaust Survivors” by Milton Nieuwsma.

Free and open to the public.
