Tu B’Shvat Women’s Mindful Meditation Series

Women are invited to join JICNY for a seudat amenim (a meal of many blessings) as well as mindful meditations. Also, a talk on what we can learn from the trees, in honor of Tu b’Shvat, by Barb Heller. Bring a notebook and something to write with and wear comfy clothes.
