The Facets and Faces of Immigration

Long Island Network for Change and the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Huntington co-sponsor a forum on the facets and faces of immigration, addressing the legal issues facing immigrant families, the plight of farmworkers, education programs, and pending legislation, as well as how to create positive changes and how local community members can get involved. Among the various presenters, the keynote speaker will be Patrick Young, Esq, program director of the Central American Refugee Center (CARECEN) and co-founder of the Long Island Civic Engagement Table.
