American Sephardi Federation presents Chef Hélène Jawhara-Piñer, who will present a demonstration of a Mexican crypto-Jewish Passover recipe. The ASF Broome & Allen Fellow, Jawhara-Piñer’s primary research interest is the medieval culinary history of Spain with a special focus on the Sephardic culinary heritage written in Arabic.
