Reception, Screening, and Discussion

Please join us for reception & film screening of “Ida,” followed by a discussion.
“Ida,” is the story of Anna, a young, orphaned novice nun, living in a convent in Poland in 1962. Just before she takes her vows, an aunt tells her of her Jewish roots. Together they embark on a journey that will reveal their family’s tragic story, and change both of their lives forever.
The language for this film is Polish, Latin, and French, with English subtitles.
There is no charge for this event and is open to the public. Seats are limited to the first 200 RSVPs.
