Jewish meditation is for the mind, body, and soul, connecting the soul to a higher spiritual source and helping the body relax and de-stress, promoting healing. Melissa Kurtz, a certified mindful meditation teacher through the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, will lead the class, which is open to everyone at all levels of meditation practice.
Future dates, also at 11 a.m.: Oct. 6, Nov. 3, Dec. 1, and Jan. 12, 2020.
