Jewish Medical Ethics Adult Ed

The Museum at Eldridge Street begins a four-part series on Jewish Medical Ethics beginning August 1st at 11:00 AM. Led by Rabbi Aviad Boder, this course explores hot-button issues of medical ethics from a Jewish perspective. Learners will explore primary sources and follow the development of Jewish law regarding topics including determining time of death and organ donations.
COURSE DATES: Wednesdays August 1, 8, 15, 22 | 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
COST: $20 per session. $65 for four-session bundle.
Aviad Bodner is the rabbi at the Stanton Street Shul. Previously, Rabbi Bodner served as rabbi for the Moishe House in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he provided halakhic advice, led Torah classes and learning groups, and helped build an inclusive, pluralistic community.
