Food, Faith and Family: A High Holidays Cooking Class with Jake Cohen

Jake Cohen, chef and author of “Jew-ish: Reinvented Recipes from a Modern Mensch,” he shares the recipe for Apples and Honey-Baked Brie, his riff on a Cohen family favorite. Along with the demonstration, he and the Bronfman Center’s Rabbi Samantha Frank will chat about blending ancient traditions with modern times, and the value in gathering around the table to share food, to connect, and to create new memories with those we love.
