Death Over Dinner: Jewish Edition

September 6, 2018 , 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The way we die is the most important conversation we aren’t having. Death Over Dinner: Jewish Edition is an interactive experience designed to transform a difficult conversation into one everyone can be a part of. The ritual of breaking bread will slow us down, create warmth and connection, and put us in touch with our humanity. It helps us affirm who we are and what we care most about and leaves us better able to navigate and appreciate the fullness of life. Tap into age-old Jewish wisdom around grieving and ritual, living and dying for a conversation that will be engaging, empowering, even uplifting. Dinner will be served.

Pre-registration required. Presented in partnership with UJA-Federation of New York’s Engage Jewish Service Corps, What Matters: Caring Conversations About End of Life and Reboot.
