Champions of Jewish Values Internat’l Awards Gala

March 28 , 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Actress/comedienne Roseanne Barr and academy award-winning Actor Jon Voight will join master-of-ceremonies and World Values Network founder, Rabbi Shmuley Boteach at Carnegie Hallon March 28th to celebrate Jewish values as demonstrated by the evening’s honorees, Assistant to the President and Special Representative for International Negotiations Jason Greenblatt, humanitarian Marion Wiesel, artistic director Sir Clive Gillinson and television producer Candi Carter. Chief Pentagon spokesperson Dana White will also attend the gala.

The Champions of Jewish Values International Awards Gala, now in its seventh year, celebrates individuals who honor human rights while defending the protections and values of democracies.

Mr. Voight will introduce the keynote speaker, Mr. Greenblatt, whose leadership, vision and courage – in the face of nasty ridicule by the Palestinian – has inspired humanitarians worldwide to rally around the cause of two states existing peacefully, side-by-side, for all eternity.

“Jason continues to push for peace because he knows that the values of the United States and Israel stand for harmony and respect, despite the cruel, personal barbs from one side of the negotiation,” Rabbi Shmuley said. “Jason knows that terrorism and violence have no future in a Middle East based on a shared humanity and brotherhood. This is the essence of what it means to champion Jewish values, which is why we will honor Mr. Greenblatt along with Mrs. Wiesel, Sir Clive, and Candi Carter – all of whom, in their daily work, push to new heights the human capacity for goodness, truth and beauty.”
