You might not be interested in Duck Dynasty, but Duck Dynasty is interested in you.
The Duck Dynasty patriarch and his son Alan, stars of an A&E network reality show about a family that creates duck calls, are creating a stir with their latest mission: converting Jews to Jesus.
Coming to the Fort Worth, Texas Convention Center on November 1st, Duck Dynasty's Phil and Alan Robertson are on a new mission along with the Messianic Jewish Bible Institute (MJBI).
The organization's latest event, titled “A Tale of Two Ducks” will feature the dynamic Duck Dynasty duo.
Robertson will touch upon the vision of MJBI, which according to their website is to “bring Jewish people into a personal relationship of faith with Yeshua the Messiah, knowing their acceptance will eventually mean life from the dead (Romans 11:15).”
A born-again Christian, Phil Robertson is infamous for sharing his highly controversial opinions on homosexuality to GQ, and most recently this week, regarding ISIS, he told Sean Hannity of Fox News: “Convert them or kill them.”
Tickets to the event range from $100 for individual seats to a pricey $10,000 package which includes: a banquet dinner table, two passes to speak to Phil Robertson one-on-one, five photo passes with the Duck Dynasty superstar, ten VIP seats to the event and five signed copies of Robertson's autobiography.
Last, but certainly not least, the lucky participants will also receive one Duck Commander Duck Call, and an event that will leave them walking away feeling, as Robertson would say, “happy, happy, happy.”
