A one-man, one-act play by Gili Getz, an Israeli-American photographer, actor and director, followed by a participatory, open-to-all discussion. Getz came of age politically while serving as a military photographer, during the turbulent Oslo accords and the assassination of Yitzhak Rabin. His play and the following discussion examine the challenging conversations engaged people of all stripes often have with family, friends and community concerning the future of Israel, the American Jewish community and ways to process fundamental differences and disagreements. Share your love, pride, disappointment and shame: all opinions are welcome.
*Free, but must RSVP by Oct. 23 to Paul Warhit at firstname.lastname@example.org.
